Who are we

LTDV Ltd is a Bulgarian company, producer of knitwear and its entire manufacturing is based in Bulgaria. For more than 15 years we have been specializing in production of men’s underwear and swimwear under our own brand GERONIMO. 

The company also provides services in contract manufacturing of sewing production, outsourcing of separate sewing processes and outsourcing of an entire finalized product. You can rely on us for the overall organization of the production process – from the development of your product prototype, sampling of the desired design, to the accomplishment of the final product, entirely ready for your customers.
No matter whether you have an idea for a new product, or you are searching where to outsource an existing one, we will make its manufacturing easy going, efficient and cost-effective for you. 

Our company factory, offices and warehouse are situated over area of 1000 sq. m. The main sewing equipment consists of more than 50 professional sewing machines of highest class. Our cutting department is equipped with digital plotter and two professional cutting tables. The average capacity of our factory is 3 000 per day or 60 000 products per month. 

The company has a department for sublimation printing on textile, equipped with most modern technology and machines: wide format printer Rolland Versa Art and two roll-on thermo presses Monti Antonio. Our computerized embroidery machine and flat press for thermo-transfer print contribute for the great variety of services we offer to our sewing contractors.
With our vast experience and established contacts with proved suppliers we are able to organize delivery of all materials needed for manufacturing of your articles.
Diverse range of high-technology sewing machines and our skilled operators allows us to produce almost everything from knit fabrics, such as underwear, t-shirts, tank tops, polo-shirts, sportswear, tracksuit, etc.
